Who we are

This website is 365saturdays.co.uk. It is run by Sarah Miloudi.

In data protection terms, Sarah is the data controller for the personal information described here. That means we decide what information is collected and why.

You can contact us about anything in this policy:

By email: hello@365saturdays.co.uk

By post: 21 Wellesley Court, Hastings, TN34 3UT.

What this policy covers, and what it does not

This policy covers information collected through this website: the contact form, the two email sign up forms and the measurement tools described in the cookie policy.

If you go on to work with Sarah one to one, or your organisation commissions work, separate arrangements apply. Notes and records from coaching sessions are not covered by this policy.

The annual survey is different again, and it is covered in its own section below.

What we collect and why

If you use the contact form

We collect your email address, your message, the reason for writing that you select, and your name if you choose to give it. Your name is optional.

We use this to answer you. Nothing else happens to it. It does not go onto a mailing list.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to someone who has asked us to get in touch, and where your message is about working together, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We keep enquiries for two years from your last contact with us, then delete them. Two years is long enough that if you come back after a while we have some context, and short enough that we are not holding messages indefinitely.

If you join one of the email lists

There are two: one for new writing, one to hear when community events open. They are separate, and joining one does not join you to the other.

We collect your email address only.

Our lawful basis is consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, and we will stop.

We keep you on the list until you unsubscribe, or until three years without you opening anything, at which point we remove you.

If you visit the website

We use measurement tools to understand how the site is being used. What they collect, and how you control them, is set out in the cookie policy.

The annual survey

The survey runs on Microsoft Forms and opens in a new window. It is anonymous. We do not collect your name, your email address or anything else that identifies you, and the survey is configured so that responses cannot be traced back to the person who sent them.

Findings are published only as totals, never as anything that could be linked to an individual.

Because responses are anonymous, they are not personal information, and the rights described below do not apply to them. This also means that once you submit a response we cannot find it again to change or delete it, because we have no way of telling which one is yours. That is a consequence of the anonymity rather than a limitation we have chosen.

Results are stored in our Microsoft OneDrive.

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of service providers. They act on our instructions and cannot use your information for their own purposes.

Netlify hosts the website.

Cloudflare manages the domain and helps the site load quickly and safely.

Sanity stores the site’s content.

Resend delivers messages sent through the contact form.

MailerLite holds the two email lists.

Microsoft provides our email, file storage and the survey.

Google provides the measurement tools described in the cookie policy.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Information leaving the UK

Some of these providers store or process information outside the UK, including in the United States and the European Economic Area.

Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, which will be either a country the UK government has decided offers adequate protection, or the UK’s International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply to a particular provider.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Ask what information we hold about you, and get a copy
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
  • Ask us to delete information
  • Ask us to limit what we do with it
  • Object to us using it, including for direct marketing
  • Ask for a copy in a portable format, where it applies
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is what we rely on

To use any of these, email us at hello@365saturdays.co.uk. We will respond within one month. It is free.

If you are unhappy

Since June 2026, you have the right to complain to us directly, and we have a duty to take it seriously.

Tell us at hello@365saturdays.co.uk. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and deal with it as quickly as we can.

If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, which is the UK regulator. You do not have to come to us first, but we would rather have the chance to put it right.

The ICO can be reached at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will say so on the website.
