Terms of use
Last updated: 01.10.26
These terms cover your use of 365saturdays.co.uk. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
This site is run by Sarah Miloudi, contactable at hello@365saturdays.co.uk
This site is not financial advice
Nothing on this website is financial advice, and we are not authorised to give it.
Sarah Miloudi spent a career in finance and holds a master’s degree in financial regulation. That background is why she can follow a conversation about pensions, drawdown and investing without needing it explained. It does not make her a financial adviser and she does not act as one.
We do not comment on products, allocations, drawdown rates or your particular numbers. If what you need is financial advice, a regulated financial adviser or planner is the right person, and the Financial Conduct Authority keeps a register of firms and individuals who are authorised to give it. MoneyHelper, the government backed service, offers free and impartial guidance.
This site is not therapy, and it is not a crisis service
Coaching psychology is not counselling or psychotherapy, and nothing on this site is clinical treatment or a diagnosis.
If you are in crisis or you are worried about your safety, please do not use the contact form. It is checked during working hours and replies take up to three working days, which is not fast enough if you need help now.
Instead: contact your GP, call NHS 111, or go to A&E if it is urgent. Samaritans can be reached free at any hour of the day on 116 123. Mind offers information and support at mind.org.uk.
If something you read here worries you about your own mental health, please speak to your GP.
About the writing and the research
The essays and research on this site are written carefully and sources are cited so you can check them. They describe general patterns and published evidence.
They are not advice about your situation. Research describes what tends to happen across groups of people, which is not the same as what will happen to you.
We keep the site as accurate as we can and we correct things when we find them wrong. We do not promise the site is complete or up to date at any given moment.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another website, we do it because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for what is on them.
Who owns what is here
The words, images and design on this site belong to us, or we have permission to use them, unless we say otherwise.
You are welcome to read it, print a copy for yourself, and share links to it. Quoting a short passage with a credit and a link is fine and we are glad when people do.
Republishing substantial parts, or using anything here commercially, needs our permission first. Ask us, the answer is often yes.
Cited research belongs to the researchers who did it and is referenced so you can go to the source.
Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude responsibility for anything the law does not allow us to exclude, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Beyond that, this website is provided as it is. We are not responsible for losses arising from your use of it, or from acting on general information here rather than getting advice about your own circumstances.
Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer.
Complaints
If something about the website or the work is wrong, please tell us at hello@365saturdays.co.uk, and we will try to put it right.
Sarah is a trainee coaching psychologist working towards chartered status with the British Psychological Society, supervised throughout, and bound by the BPS code of ethics and conduct. If you have a concern about professional conduct that we have not been able to resolve between us, the British Psychological Society has a complaints process.
Complaints about how we handle personal information are covered in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own courts.
